We strive to make your event seamless from planning to performance.
Communication & Planning
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and keep communication clear and consistent.
One Month Prior:
We’ll reach out to align on promotional strategy, exposure, event goals, and any special song requests.
One Week Prior:
We’ll confirm all logistics — from timing and load-in to special requests and sound needs.
Day-of Arrival & Setup
We arrive approximately 90 minutes before showtime to ensure the setup is dialed in, sound is optimized, and everything is show-ready. We aim for minimal disruption to your space and staff.
Set Lengths & Breaks
We offer structured but flexible sets based on your event’s needs:
3-Hour Show:
Two sets of approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
4-Hour Show:
Three sets of approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Breaks are brief and timed to your event flow.
Music During Breaks
There’s no dead air between sets — we keep music playing through our system at all times, including guest-requested songs that we may not perform live.
Requests & Customization
We love engaging with the audience and taking song requests. If we know it, we’ll play it live. If we don’t, we try to play something similar — and always acknowledge the request with a shout-out. Any requests we can’t play live will be worked into our break music whenever possible.

Floor Plan and Space Requirements
We are extremely space-efficient and work easily with intimate venues or stages with tight setups.
Here’s our standard footprint:
-3 performers (or potentially 4, depending on event needs)
-Drum kit, bass amp, and guitar amp
-2 main PA speakers with stands
-Condensed one-spot monitor system for on-stage sound
-1 microphone and stand
If the space allows or demands it, we can scale up to fill a larger room or condense further to a single speaker and tighter layout to suit more compact environments. We’re flexible and work with your floor plan, not against it.
